Claims AdministratorMonday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm (35 hours per week and hybrid working)Salary - £22,222 - £24,500 DOE + bonusBristolDo you have good administration and telephone based experience?Are you looking to join a well established business with excellent progression opportunities?Working within insurance and claims is a very exciting and rewarding career where no day is the same. We are currently looking to recruit a Claims Administrator to join our growing claims handling team, based in our Bristol office on a hybrid basis.The role involves providing first class customer service to our customers, clients, and colleagues, ensuring client specific service level criteria is met. You will also act as a point of contact for client / customer queries.Key Skills / Qualifications

Excellent degree of knowledge of property related claims and principlesExcellent communication skills, both oral and written, including telephone mannerHigh degree of IT competency and literacy, with the ability to understand and operate internal bespoke systems quicklyDemonstrate personal and professional integrity and lead by exampleGood organisation / time management skillsAbility to work and contribute positively as part of a team and in isolationAbility to work accurately under pressure, adhering to deadlines and service standardsAbility to use your own initiative and have a positive / enthusiastic attitudeAttention to detail and accuracy of informationMinimum 2 years administration experienceResponsibilities

To demonstrate a high level of technical quality and service deliveryTo provide exceptional customer service at all timesTo participate positively and constructively as a team member, sharing knowledge and providing feedback and suggestionsTo communicate effectively and proactively with all relevant parties by the most effective and expeditious means, prioritising the use of telephone contactTo promote and support the TCF principlesTo ensure adherence to contractual/Client SLA''s and KPI''sThe Package
