We are seeking a Civil Site Supervisor for a principal contractor in Kent!Location: Sittingbourne HQ (Various locations South-East England)Job Type: Full-timeSalary: 40-45k per annumWe are seeking a Civil Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all site-based civil engineering activities. This role is essential for ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, legislation, and company procedures. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supervising civil engineering works and a strong commitment to health and safety.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Health and Safety ComplianceEnforce and comply with the Company''s Health and Safety Policy and relevant statutory obligations.Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings.Monitor and ensure the safe use of equipment and manual handling.Carry out monthly health and safety audits and near-miss reporting.Environmental ResponsibilityEnsure compliance with environmental licenses and permits.Minimise environmental impact and promote sustainable practices.Quality AssuranceOversee works to ensure compliance with method statements, risk assessments, and quality plans.Maintain accurate site records and manage testing and inspection requirements.Utilise Eque 2 system for logging materials and maintain compliance documentation using company tablet systems.Operational SupervisionSupervise and coordinate the activities of labor and subcontractors.Ensure resource ..... full job details .....
