Civil Site SupervisorJob Purpose:The Civil Site Supervisor shall be responsible for supervising and coordinating all site-based civil engineering activities, ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the relevant project specifications, legislation, and company procedures.Key Duties and Responsibilities:The Civil Site Supervisor shall undertake, but not be limited to, the following duties:1. Health and Safety ComplianceEnforce and comply with the Company''s Health and Safety Policy and relevant statutory obligations.Following company Integrated Management SystemsConduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings to ensure all personnel understand site-specific risks and control measures.Verify that all operatives are competent, trained, and authorised to use equipment and undertake assigned tasks.Ensure safe systems of work are implemented, including safe manual handling and proper equipment usage.Monitor plant, tools, and equipment to ensure they are properly maintained, guarded, and used in accordance with safety regulations.Respond promptly to unsafe conditions or incidents, reporting them to the Project Manager and recording them in accordance with company procedures.Carrying out monthly HandS auditsCarrying Near Misses as required.2.
