Role: Site ManagerLocation: AberdeenOur client is a renowned civils firm that is looking to expand their Site Manager team. This role will involve visiting and managing multiple sites across the Aberdeen area working on utility and civil engineering projects ensuring that high standards are adhered to at all times. Supervise daily operations and coordinate external contractorsMaintain adherence to all health, safety, environmental and quality protocolsMonitor project delivery and provide updates to leadership teamReview technical drawings and project specificationsAllocate and manage workforce, materials, and equipment effectivelyDocument site activities including daily logs, progress updates, and delivery recordsConduct risk assessments and develop method statements as neededDeliver briefings and safety communications to operational teamsLead stakeholder meetings and maintain relationships with clients and regulatory bodiesDrive project completion within agreed timescales, scope and financial parametersSupport commercial functions to ensure accurate measurement and valuation processesProactively address project challenges and implement effective solutionsWhat you will need to succeed

SMSTS accreditationCSCS (Black or Gold)Proven experience as a Site Manager on civil engineering projectsSound knowledge of construction methods, planning and health and safety regulationsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectivelyDisplay a positive attitude, strong work ethic and be self-motivated and able to work independently or within a teamExcellent working knowledge of MS Office packagesFull UK driving licenceTechnical qualification in Civil Engineering or related field would be ..... full job details .....
