Job Title: Civils Site ManagerLocation: Derbyshire Rate: 300- 350 per dayDuration: Long term freelanceRoleAs an experienced Site Manager, you will ensure that the work is carried out on time and to the company quality standards. This role will be working on a Water Pipleine Installation in the Derbyshire region. This is a long term contract, with scope for future work on the project.CSCS, SMSTS and 3 Day First AidExperience as a Site Manager within Civil Engineering and Water Civils, more specifically working with Pipeline InstallationsMust be Midlands basedResponsibilities:Responsible for quality of works on site Maintaining Health and Safety standards on siteAttending and Participating in Project meetingsCompleting briefings and toolbox talksProducing RAMS and brief the workforce to ensure understandingManaging the work force in the delivery of complex civil worksRead and understand drawings and take accurate material take off''sEnsure work is being completed on time and within budgetComplete Construction phase plans, Environmental plans, ITPs and Quality plansLiaise with the project stakeholders and client personnel as requiredAdministration / completion of site paperwork, records and head office returns Managing and ordering resources and materials at each stage of the projectManaging subcontractors by ensuring the programme of works are completedPlan, coordinate and motivate effective deployment of allocated personnel and resources Update weekly progress on site ..... full job details .....
