Location: Stoke-on-Trent Project: 200-Unit Residential Development (Low-Rise Apartments & Houses)

Overview

We are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee the electrical installation package on a 200-unit residential development comprising low-rise apartments and houses in Stoke-on-Trent. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing electrical subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all electrical installation works from first fix through to commissioning and handover
• Manage electrical subcontractors and coordinate daily site activities.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures, RAMS, and current electrical regulations
• Monitor progress against programme and resolve site issues as they arise.
• Liaise with the project team, other trades, and client representatives
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and workmanship throughout the project

Requirement

• Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager, Electrical Supervisor, or Electrical Manager within the UK construction sector
• Experience delivering residential developments, including apartments and housing schemes.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installations, testing, and commissioning
• ECS/CSCS card
• SMSTS or SSSTS qualification.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
