Site Agent/ APM - Heavy Civils Location: South East London Contract Type: Long-term contract Rate: Dependent on experience IR35 Status: Inside IR35, Umbrella/PAYEThames Water Capital Delivery ProgrammeWe are seeking an experienced Site Agent with a strong engineering background to support the delivery of heavy civils projects across a Thames Water Capital Delivery programme in South East London.The works will include pipelines, deep drainage, shafts, chambers, reinforced concrete structures and associated temporary works.This is a long-term contract opportunity ideally suited to an experienced Site Agent who has progressed from a Site Engineering background and is now looking to take on greater project responsibility, with the opportunity to develop towards a APM role.The Role You will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of civil engineering works, coordinating site teams, engineers and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.Working closely with the Senior Project Manager and wider delivery team, you will gain increased exposure to programme management, commercial matters, client liaison, technical coordination and overall project delivery.Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day delivery of heavy civils and water infrastructure works.Coordinate subcontractors, Site Engineers and site teams.Plan and manage works against the construction programme, identifying constraints and supporting recovery plans where ..... full job details .....
