Site Agent

My client are a specialist civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Site Agent to help deliver a tunnelling project in Grays, with an immediate start available. The successful candidate must have previous tunnelling and underground civils experience. Site Agent Responsibilities: Managing day-to-day site operations Supervising subcontractors and site teams Managing tunnelling and underground works Toolbox talks Client and stakeholder liaison Health and safety compliance Managing RAMS, permits and temporary works Coordinating labour, plant and materials Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification Monitoring quality and maintaining site records Reporting progress to the Project Manager Site Agent Requirements: Black or Gold CSCS SMSTS Strong tunnelling experience is essential Previous experience managing underground civil engineering projects Experience with shafts, deep excavations or SCL would be advantageous Strong civil engineering background Experience managing subcontractors and site teams Good understanding of temporary works and RAMS Full UK driving licence The next steps to apply for the role!
