Fully onsite, 5 days per weekRate: up to £869.40 p/d Umbrella inside IR35Clearance required: Active SC Clearance and Sole UK NationalRole purpose/summaryAdvanced knowledge andamp; Hands on Cisco video conferencing (CMS, Expressways, B2B, MRA)Advanced knowledge andamp; Hands on Cisco VC Endpoints different models (Room, SX,personal, EQ, Webex andamp; Board series)Advanced knowledge andamp; Hands on room peripherals (room navigators,barco, Displays)Advanced knowledge of video codecs andamp; Encryption algorithmsAdvanced knowledge of Cisco Telephony (CUCM, Unity Connection, Jabber, Cisco SBS, TRP)Good knowledge of licensing models andamp; certificates.Good knowledge of SIP/H323 protocols, security as well as system administration.Knowledge of VMwareCCNP VoiceTeam Management/People Skills etcResponsibilities:Resolve Level 2 Telephony/Video Conferencing Oriented IncidentsSupport hardware or application tshooting.Respond to customer escalationsParticipate in Telephony/Videoconferencing ProjectsAssist the operations teams on an ad hoc basis.Ensure the sanity of the Telephony/Videoconferencing infrastructure.Management of the local team and sharing of skills.Vendor andamp; L3 escalations when needed.All profiles will be reviewed against the required skills and experience.
