Chilled Warehouse Team Leader

My client based in the Tewkesbury area is looking to recruit a Chilled Warehouse Team Leader on a Permanent basisThis role requires you to work 5 days out of 7 with shifts starting at 6am The main responsibilities includes- Lead the Warehouse team for picking and returns of chilled goods- Control stock movement- Supervise loading and unloading of deliveries- Monitor staff on site, helping staff develop professionally- Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to at all times- Debriefing drivers and managing paperwork appropriatelyAs a suitable candidate you will offer the following- previous experience in a similar Warehouse role- Current FLT license, ideally PPT would be beneficial - Experience of managing a small team would be ideal- Good communication skills are essential- Experience in a Chilled Warehouse Environment is ideal The pay-rate is -14.12 an hour to start, that will increase to -15.42 in due courseKeywordsNightshift, Warehouse, Chilled
