Our Client, a Greater Manchester council is seeking a Children''s Social Worker to join their Help and Protect Team.Fantastic payrate of £35 per hour!Are you a Children''s Social Worker, passionate about making a difference in your community? Do not miss out on this fantastic opportunity!Responsibilities of this role:Manage a caseload of children and families requiring support and safeguarding intervention, ensuring risks are identified and addressed effectively.Undertake statutory assessments, visits, and direct work with children and families to understand needs, strengths, and areas of concern.Develop, implement, and review Help and Protect plans to safeguard children and promote positive outcomes.Build effective relationships with children, young people, and families, ensuring their voices inform assessment and planning.Work collaboratively with partner agencies to coordinate interventions and provide timely support to children and families.Attend and contribute to multi-agency meetings, strategy discussions, child protection conferences, and reviews as required.Assess and manage safeguarding risks, taking appropriate action to protect vulnerable children and reduce the need for escalation.Maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality case records, assessments, and reports in accordance with statutory requirements and professional standards.Requirements of this role:Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.Must have minimum of 3 year''s ..... full job details .....
