Do not miss out on this fantastic opportunity!Responsibilities of this role:Manage a caseload of Child Protection cases, ensuring children are safeguarded and protected from harm through effective assessment, planning, and intervention.Undertake statutory visits, assessments, and direct work with children and families to identify risks, strengths, and support needs.Develop, implement, and review Child Protection Plans, ensuring actions are outcome-focused and completed within statutory timescales.Build effective relationships with children, families, and partner agencies to promote engagement and improve outcomes.Attend and contribute to Strategy Discussions, Child Protection Conferences, Core Groups, and other multi-agency safeguarding meetings.Assess and manage risk, taking appropriate action to safeguard children and responding promptly to emerging concerns.Work collaboratively with partner agencies to coordinate interventions and ensure children receive the support and protection they need.Maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality case records, assessments, and court reports in line with statutory requirements and professional standards.Requirements of this role:Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.Must have minimum of ..... full job details .....
