Social Worker - Family Help Team (Southwest Locality)Location: West LondonRate per hour: £38 per hourWorking Arrangements: Full Time Contract, Hybrid Working (2-3 Days per Week in the Office)Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to join a busy Family Help Team within a Southwest Locality service in West London.This is an excellent opportunity to work with children, young people and families, delivering effective interventions and support to improve outcomes and safeguard children.Key Responsibilities:Manage a caseload of children and families requiring support and intervention.Complete assessments, care planning and reviews in line with statutory requirements.Undertake Child in Need and Child Protection work.Build positive relationships with children, young people and their families.Work collaboratively with schools, health professionals and partner agencies.Attend multi-agency meetings and contribute to safeguarding plans.Maintain accurate and timely case recordings and reports.Requirements:Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.Previous experience within Children''s Services, ideally within a Family Help, Assessment or Safeguarding Team.Strong assessment, communication and report-writing skills.Ability to manage a busy caseload effectively.Experience working in a multi-agency environment.Why work through Pertemps?By applying through Pertemps, you''ll benefit from:A dedicated consultant with access to roles nationwide and ..... full job details .....
