You will be supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), providing the consistency, structure and positive relationships they need to feel safe, develop confidence and achieve positive outcomes. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience supporting children and young people who wants to build a long-term career within children''s residential care. The Role As a Children''s Residential Support Worker, you''ll be part of the day to day life of the home and act as a positive role model for the young people you support.
