Delphi Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a growing children''s residential care provider seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior Residential Support Worker to join their team.

The Role

As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will:

• Lead shifts and support the day-to-day running of the home
• Provide high-quality, child-centred care and emotional support
• Support children to develop confidence, independence and life skills
• Mentor and support Residential Support Workers on shift
• Promote safeguarding and safe working practices
• Contribute to care planning and positive outcomes for young people

About You

We''re looking for someone with:

• Experience within a children''s residential care setting
• Senior RSW experience, or the ambition to step into a senior role
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and professional judgement
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• A genuine passion for improving outcomes for children and young people
