This role provides immense job satisfaction working with a range of professionals and directly creating positive outcomes for the young people you''ll support.Working Hours: Full-time, shift-based role on a rolling rota (Mon-Sun)Day shifts: 8:00am - 8:30pmWaking Night shifts: 8:00pm - 8:30amEssential:Minimum 1 yearexperienceworking with children or young people (care, support, or education setting)Strong communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to advocate for young people and promote their wellbeingReliable, professional, and committed to safeguarding practicesDesirable:Experience in residential childcareLevel 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)Strong teamwork and collaboration skillsKey Responsibilities:Support young people with their daily routines and personal developmentBuild trusting, positive relationships as a key workerPromote education, independence, and positive behaviorWork collaboratively with social workers, families, and ..... full job details .....
