This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a child''s life.Candidate will possess a good understanding of OFSTED regulations and compliance requirements, along with experience of working at a children''s home.Key Responsibilities:Build positive, trusting relationships with children and young people.Provide direct care and support to children and young people in line with their individual care plans.Promote a safe, nurturing and structured environment.Contribute to care planning, risk assessments, and key working sessions.Support with staff induction and training.Ensure safeguarding procedures are consistently followed.Uphold safeguarding and behaviour support ..... full job details .....
