You''ll play a vital role in creating a safe, stable, and nurturing environment where young people can thrive.Key ResponsibilitiesLead shifts and take responsibility in the absence of managementProvide high-quality, child-centred careSupport young people with behaviour, routines, and independenceSafeguard and promote the welfare of children at all timesManage challenging behaviours using de-escalation techniquesMaintain accurate records and reportsSupport and mentor junior staffWork alongside external professionals (social workers, schools, therapists)RequirementsLevel 3 Diploma in Children and Young People (Essential)Experience in:Children''s Residential CareEBD / Challenging BehaviourMental Health or Secure SettingsExperience leading shifts or working as a ..... full job details .....
