Job Title: Support Worker – Children’s Home

Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our children’s home team. The role involves supporting children’s daily routines, promoting their wellbeing, and creating a safe and positive environment.

Duties

• Support children in line with their care plans

• Assist with daily activities, learning, and social development

• Support emotional and behavioural needs

• Work with families and professionals involved in the child’s care

• Drive children to school, appointments, or activities when required

• Maintain accurate records and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed

Requirements

• Experience working with children or in care settings preferred

• Full UK driving licence

• Good communication and organisational skills

• Compassionate and supportive approach
