Job Title: Children s Residential Support Worker (EBD)Location: Enfield, North LondonSalary: £27,000 £28,000 per annumService Type: 1-Bed Children s Home (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties EBD)Regulatory Body: Ofsted Overview We are recruiting for a dedicated and resilient Children s Residential Support Worker to join a 1-bed EBD children s home in Enfield. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a highly focused environment, supporting one young person to achieve positive outcomes in a safe, structured, and nurturing setting. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to a young person with emotional and behavioural difficulties.Build positive, trusting relationships and act as a consistent role model.Support the implementation of care plans, risk assessments, and behaviour management strategies.Promote the young person s independence, education, and social development.Maintain a safe and supportive environment in line with safeguarding procedures and Ofsted standards.Accurately record daily activities, incidents, and progress reports.Work collaboratively with the wider team, external professionals, and family members where appropriate.Participate in shift work, including evenings, weekends, sleep-ins, and bank holidays.
