Key Role Details Location: Kingston Upon Thames and Richmond (Hybrid working available) Employer: Achieving for Children Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: Full-time, Locum role Hours: 37.00 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Pay Rate: 37.52 per hour About the Role As a Child and Family Help Social Worker (Scale point: 29-32), you will manage an agreed caseload supporting children, young people, and families who need targeted early help and specialist interventions. Working collaboratively within a mixed-discipline team, you will undertake needs assessments, lead child-focused direct work, and formulate care plans to prevent the escalation of statutory child protection concerns. You will benefit from reflective supervision using the Signs of Safety framework, agile working technology, and a supportive team environment dedicated to achieving positive outcomes.
