This is an excellent opportunity to handle a rewarding and varied caseload of publicly funded Child Care matters while working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a varied caseload of publicly funded Child Care matters from instruction through to conclusion.Advise and represent clients in care proceedings, adoption matters and Special Guardianship Order applications.Provide clear, practical and compassionate legal advice to legally aided clients.Undertake advocacy where appropriate and attend court hearings.Prepare legal documents, court applications and correspondence to a high standard.Maintain accurate and compliant case files in line with regulatory requirements.Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues and external professionals.Support the continued growth and success of the Child Care department.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will ..... full job details .....
