This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of one of the UK''s most established defendant healthcare practices, acting for NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts, medical defence organisations and leading insurers on a broad range of complex clinical negligence claims.The OpportunityYou will take responsibility for a varied caseload of defendant clinical negligence matters, advising major healthcare clients on technically challenging and often high-value claims from inception through to resolution. Working within a collaborative and specialist team, you will gain exposure to sophisticated litigation, build strong client relationships and play an active role in the continued success of a market-leading healthcare practice.About YouYou will be a qualified Solicitor with experience in defendant clinical negligence. Applications are also encouraged from Solicitors with a background in claimant clinical negligence or defendant personal injury who are looking to specialise in defendant healthcare litigation.
