Chief Technology Officer

A growing Manchester-based technology company is seeking a strategic and technical Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead and focus their Development Team and support their solutions engineering resources towards strengthening their product base. Working closely with the company CRO and COO, the CTO is expected to bring development in line with sales opportunities and optimised delivery capabilities. The CTO will be responsible for leading the company''s technology vision, architecture, and product engineering strategy. You will play a central role in taking new products to market, scaling existing platforms, and ensuring technical excellence across all services. You will be a thought leader in AI driven UCaaS, CCaaS, CPaaS, data mining producing business insights and emerging payment solutions. You will have an in-depth understanding of managed service communications platforms and SaaS delivery within complex customer service environments. This is an office-based role (Manchester), and is paying up to £110k plus benefits including £25k bonus, car allowance, pension and life insurance plus 25 days holiday.
