The business is in an exciting post-acquisition phase, delivering high-impact solutions that improve performance, engagement, and operational success for its clients.This is a unique opportunity for an experienced and commercially minded CFO to join the senior leadership team, act as a trusted strategic partner to the CEO and Board, and lead a finance function that is integral to delivering ambitious growth plans.The Role
As CFO, you will shape and execute the financial strategy, oversee end-to-end finance operations, and drive performance improvement across the organisation. You will play a pivotal role in MandA activity, from due diligence to seamless integration, as well as building the financial infrastructure to support long-term, sustainable growth.Your remit will also include operational optimisation, capital management, and ensuring that the business is fully prepared for future investment or exit events.Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, Board, and private equity investorsLead the financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processesDrive pricing strategy, margin improvement, and cost efficiencyOversee robust governance, compliance, and risk management frameworksManage MandA processes, including due diligence, negotiations, and integrationBuild and optimise scalable financial systems, processes, and KPIsPartner with operations to ensure delivery efficiency and commercial alignmentLead and inspire high-performance, values-led teamsAbout You
