About the Role
The Chef Manager position in Stratford is a permanent, full-time role offering a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum. About You
- Proven experience as a Chef Manager, Head Chef, or Senior Chef.
- Experience managing teams of 10+ people.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and allergen management.
- Skilled in budgeting, stock control, and cost management.
- Organised, professional, and able to thrive in a fast paced environment.
- A natural leader with a passion for food and service excellence.
