The role offers an excellent work-life balance with no evening or weekend work, operating on a Monday to Friday schedule from 07:00 to 15:30.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen and catering serviceLead, motivate and develop the kitchen teamEnsure the delivery of high-quality food and service standardsManage stock control, ordering and supplier relationshipsMonitor food costs and work within budgetary requirementsEnsure compliance with Food Safety, HACCP, Health and Safety and company proceduresPlan and deliver varied, nutritious menusMaintain excellent standards of cleanliness and hygieneManage staffing levels, rotas and training requirementsEssential CriteriaPrevious experience as a Chef Manager, Head Chef or in a senior catering management roleStrong leadership and people management skillsExperience managing budgets, stock control and food costsExcellent knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health and Safety regulationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standardsStrong ..... full job details .....
