They are seeking a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join the opening pastry team. The role focuses on modern European pastry, seasonal flavours, and beautifully executed desserts, pastries, and afternoon£style offerings that reflect the hotelandrsquo;s understated, ingredient£led identity.
