Chef de Partie – Luxury Private Members'' Club, Central London
Salary and package: £32,000 basic + £4,500 Christmas fund (paid January) + 10% non-contributory pension + 14 pays per year
Hours: 40-hour week with paid overtime

Shift Pattern (business-led rota):

2 × 10-hour shifts: 09:00–21:00

3 × 6.5-hour shifts from:

Early: 08:30–15:00

Mid: 10:00–16:30

Late: 15:00–21:30
