About the Role

A Mediterranean brasserie within a luxury London hotel seeks a Chef de Partie to join its kitchen brigade on a permanent contract. Working 45 hours weekly across one double and four single shifts, the postholder starts as early as 9am and finishes no later than midnight. Remuneration combines minimum wage with tronc, yielding between £16 and £24 hourly. Staff food and uniform are supplied on duty. Applicants need at least two years’ relevant experience, sound knife skills and knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine. The successful candidate will manage a section, prepare ingredients and support senior colleagues under a celebrated executive chef, with genuine prospects for career progression.

Chef de Partie requirements:

A minimum of two yearsandrsquo; experience working in reputable restaurants, hotels, or private membersandrsquo; clubs.
Strong background in European and Mediterranean cuisine, with the ability to deliver consistently high£quality dishes.
A stable and reliable employment history, demonstrating commitment and professionalism.
Confident working in high£quality, high£volume environments, maintaining standards during busy services.
