Handamp;C Solutions are delighted to present this fantastic opportunity for a talented Chef de Partie to join a beautiful, high£end Italian restaurant located in the heart of Mayfair. The restaurant is renowned for its award£winning Italian cuisine, serving both lunch and dinner from Monday to Saturday. The kitchen operates with a small, close£knit brigade of five chefs, so we are seeking a strong and reliable Chef de Partie who thrives in a busy, quality£driven environment. Service covers approximately 50andndash;60 guests for lunch and up to 150 for dinner, offering an exciting pace and the chance to work with exceptional produce. This role is perfect for a chef who is passionate about authentic Italian cooking, enjoys working within a tight team, and is ready to contribute to a highly respected Mayfair kitchen.

Chef de Partie Benefits:

• Offering a competitive salary based on andpound;40,000 - andpound;42,000 per annum
• Sundayandrsquo;s off + 1 day in the week

Chef de Partie Requirements:

• Previous experience with high£end Italian cuisine is essential.
• A minimum of three yearsandrsquo; experience working in professional kitchens.
• A stable and consistent employment history demonstrating commitment and reliability.
• Comfortable working within a small, close£knit brigade
