Your Role

• Prepare and cook consistently excellent dishes according to established recipes and standards
• Support kitchen operations including stock management, ordering, and minimising waste
• Maintain cleanliness and food hygiene standards in line with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver smooth service, especially during busy periods
• Contribute ideas to menu development and help enhance guest dining experiences
• Participate in a working trial as part of the recruitment process (mandatory)

What We’re Looking For

• Flexibility to cover days off, holidays and busy evenings.
• Proven experience in a professional kitchen, ideally as a Chef de Partie or similar
• Strong understanding of culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations
• Ability to stay calm, organised, and focused under pressure
• Good communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively in a team
• Flexibility with shift patterns including split shifts and weekend work
