via Platinum Recruitment.Why choose our Client?Our client is an award-winning health spa in the Leicestershire area, near Melton Mowbray and need ongoing temporary support within their kitchen team, whilst they recruit.This ongoing temporary assignment is an fantastic opportunity to work in a calm, wellness focused environment where food is as important to the guests, as their treatments. With a large team of over 20 chefs, the chefs here work straight shifts, to create beautifully presented, wholesome dishes using fresh seasonal ingredients for up to 250 covers per service.Staff live in accommodation is not available with this assignment, therefore any Agency Chef de Partie applying for this role, should only do so if they are able to commute to the Melton Mowbray area of Leicestershire on a daily basis.What''s involved?As an Agency Chef de Partie you will work as part of the kitchen team on an ongoing basis, working in 1 of 2 kitchens, as directed by the Senior Chefs. You will be confident in working in all sections of the kitchen, preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard using quality ingredients, whilst ensuring you have high standards of food hygiene at all times.Staff live in accommodation is not available with this assignment, therefore any Agency Chef de Partie applying for this role, should only do so if they are able to commute to the Melton Mowbray area of Leicestershire on a daily basis.
