This is an exciting opportunity to join a consultancy with a strong client portfolio, an impressive pipeline of large-scale transformation programmes, and a genuine commitment to developing the next generation of consulting talent. As a Change Management Consultant, you''ll support the delivery of complex business transformation programmes across a range of sectors. Working alongside experienced consultants and senior client stakeholders, you''ll play a key role in helping organisations successfully adopt change and realise the benefits of major transformation initiatives. Key Skills: Experience supporting or delivering change and transformation initiatives Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong presentation and facilitation capabilities A proactive and solutions-focused approach Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in consulting The ability to build credibility with clients and colleagues Strong organisational and project management skills Previous experience within a management consultancy or change consultancy (desirable) Familiarity with recognised change methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, etc.) Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Benefits Location: London (Hybrid working pattern) If you''re ..... full job details .....
