Salary: £68,000 - £80,000Location: London, Manchester or GlasgowWorking model: HybridEmployment type: PermanentA well-known global consulting, technology, and digital transformation organisation is looking to hire Oracle Fusion HCM Management Consultants to join its growing HR Transformation practice.This role is suited to experienced Oracle Fusion HCM professionals with a strong consulting background and the ability to lead workstreams across large, complex HR transformation programmes.You will play a key role in shaping Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, leading client-facing activity and supporting successful delivery across the full implementation life cycle.Key responsibilities:Lead Oracle Fusion HCM functional workstreams across complex transformation programmesOwn solution design and functional design activity for HR functionsLead business analysis, process analysis and requirements gatheringManage key client stakeholders and facilitate workshopsSupport full end-to-end implementation life cycle deliveryIdentify and resolve complex delivery challenges using data-led problem solvingProvide guidance and support to Consultants and Senior ConsultantsContribute to delivery planning, governance and project reportingKey experience required:In-depth Oracle Fusion HCM knowledge across implementation and transformation programmesStrong Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion delivery experience across one or more functional areasProven full end-to-end implementation life cycle experienceExperience ..... full job details .....
