We''re-looking-for-a-Change-Lead-for-a-public-sector-organisation-based-in-London-(hybrid)-on-an-initial-8-month-contract,-paying-up-to700-per-day-(Inside-IR35,-Umbrella).

This-is-a-hybrid-role-with-an-expectation-to-attend-the-office-in-London-two-days-a-week.

The-successful-Change-Lead-will-drive-financial-change-across-the-organisation,-taking-full-ownership-of-delivery-rather-than-passing-work-on.-You''ll-lead-change-activity-tied-to-finance-and-ERP-systems,-engage-stakeholders-at-all-levels-and-keep-momentum-through-a-hands-on,-get-it-done-approach.

You-will-need-proven-experience-in-the-following:

Change-leadership-on-financial-or-ERP-transformation-programmes

A-strong-financial-change-background-and-understanding-of-core-finance-processes

MS-Dynamics,-specifically-Finance-and-Operations

Finance-and-ERP-systems-more-broadly

Stakeholder-management-across-senior-and-delivery-teams

A-hands-on-delivery-style,-comfortable-doing-the-work-yourself

Not-for-profit-sector-experience-would-be-beneficial.

Knowledge-of-the-ADKAR-framework-is-highly-desirable.
