Working alongside an experienced Head Chef and dedicated Catering Team, the successful Catering Assistant will gain valuable hands-on experience while supporting the delivery of high-quality food services across a variety of venues and events. The successful Catering Assistant should have: Previous experience within a catering, hospitality, restaurant or food service environment would be advantageous, although full training will be provided A basic understanding of food hygiene, food safety practices and kitchen procedures Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team A proactive and flexible approach with the ability to work using their own initiative A willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays to support matchdays and special events A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop new culinary skills A full clean driving licence A passion for supporting sustainability, ..... full job details .....
