Catering Assistant

Job Title: Catering Assistant Location: Treorchy Pay Rate: 12.70 per hour Hours: Monday - Friday, 11:00 am - 5:00 pm (30 hours per week) Contract: Temporary, 3-4 months The Role Manpower is recruiting a Catering Assistant on behalf of our public sector client''s busy catering team. This is a varied role where you will work across different areas of the catering service, including the kitchen, coffee shop, restaurant/canteen and wards. Key Responsibilities:Assisting in the preparation and serving of food and beveragesProviding excellent customer service in the coffee shop and canteen areasDelivering meals to wards and ensuring dietary requirements are metMaintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all catering areasFollowing food safety procedures and health and safety guidelinesRequirements:Valid Food Hygiene Level 2 Certificate. Manpower can support you in you obtaining this.Previous catering or hospitality experience is essentialAbility to work as part of a team and communicate effectivelyFlexible and adaptable to work across different catering functionsAdditional Information:Job offers are subject to a satisfactory Standard DBS check and references.
