Catering Assistant
Key Responsibilities: Assisting with basic food preparation tasks. Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Cleaning and sanitising kitchen surfaces and food preparation areas. Storing food and supplies correctly in line with food safety regulations. Assisting with receiving and unpacking deliveries. Removing waste and maintaining a clean kitchen environment. Following health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times. Supporting chefs and other kitchen staff as required. Skills and Requirements: Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices. Reliable, hardworking, and organised.
