Car Allowance, Bonus, Enhanced Pension, Gym, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, Discount Schemes.We are working with a vibrant and successful nutrition and lifestyle brand within the FMCG industry who is looking to expand their International team with the addition of a Category Manager’s.This role is a hybrid role, and will require you to be based in their South Birmingham offices 3 days per week.As Category Manager you will be responsible for managing a specific product category within the International Market. Duties include identifying market trends, developing category strategies, managing supplier relationships, optimising product assortment, and monitoring sales performance.Required Qualifications:Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldProven experience in category management within the FMCG sectorDemonstrated ability to drive sales and profitabilityKnowledge and Skills:Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behaviourExcellent negotiation and communication skillsAbility to analyse data and make strategic decisionsIf successful, you can expect a salary of up to £40,000, depending on the experience you can bring to the table.
