to lead its UK Category team. This is the most senior category role in the UK business, reporting directly to the UK Marketing Director, and managing a team of two.A unique opportunity to drive real impact as Storck continues its UK growth journey. The UK has been identified as a strategic growth market by the German Head Office HQ, and with a highly collaborative, values-driven culture, you''ll be joining at a pivotal time.As Category and Insight Manager, you will:Lead the UK category function , owning the vision, strategy and delivery across all channels (particularly grocery).Translate
data into powerful insight
using tools like Circana, Kantar Worldpanel, Bridgethorne, and dunnhumby etc.Shape strategic brand and customer plans , working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Shopper teams.Build best-in-class relationships with key grocery retailers, using insight to influence ranging, space and merchandising.Manage agency partnerships and foster cross-market collaboration with the German HQ.Lead, coach and develop two direct reportsWhat Success Looks LikeBecoming a trusted partner internally and externally - particularly with key grocery retailers.Influencing strategic decisions at a brand and customer level using robust data and insight.Managing your team effectively and helping to

Ideally within Food or Drink but other categories will be considered.Strong experience working with grocery retailers in a commercial or insight-led capacity.Someone who can think
