Catastrophic Injury Solicitors (6+ PQE)

Your new company This specialist law firm is recognised for its expertise in handling complex, high-value catastrophic injury claims. Due to continued growth and an increasing volume of instructions, the firm is seeking an experienced solicitor with a minimum of 6 years PQE to join its specialist team. The practice is committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients through a low-volume, high-quality caseload model that allows solicitors to focus on delivering outstanding service and achieving the best possible results. Retrains are welcomed from those from industrial disease and clinical negligence backgrounds for those with strong multi-track and client care experience. The firm operates a largely home working structure, and you will be expected to attend the office a minimum of once a fortnight. Exceptions may be made for strong candidates further afield. Your new role You will manage a small caseload of complex, high-value brain injury claims on behalf of clients across England and Wales. The role offers the opportunity to work on some of the most challenging and rewarding cases in the market, with a strong emphasis on client care, rehabilitation and long-term support for injured individuals and their families.This is a predominantly home-based position, with occasional travel nationwide for client visits, hospital appointments and other case-related meetings.
