Catastrophic Injury Associate/Senior Associate

This role involves managing a caseload of catastrophic injury claims on behalf of Defendants for our client, a well known regional offices based in Manchester or Preston. Description As a Catastrophic Injury Associate/Senior Associate your duties will include: Handle a caseload of complex catastrophic injury claims. Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients. Draft documents and correspondence with accuracy. Collaborate effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders. Attend court hearings and settlement meetings as required.
