Casual Event Manager (BTMS & Engagement)

Overview

The Royal Albert Hall is recruiting for enthusiastic and experienced Casual Event Managers to join our Production and Technical team. The Casual Event Managers (BTMS and Engagement) have a primary focus on duty event cover of events in the Elgar Room but may support other areas beyond the Main Auditorium. They will take responsibility for the delivery of events following a handover from the advancing Event Managers (BTMS and Engagement) and will work closely with internal stakeholders, incoming clients, productions, and promoters.We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive individuals who have previous experience of working in the live events industry. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals wishing to further their career in the event management sector with an emerging artist and community/inclusive focus at a world-class venue.The closing date for all applications is 5pm on Monday 25th August 2025. • Deliver events in accordance with handover from advancing Event Managers (BTMS and Engagement).• Work with internal stakeholders, clients, productions, and promoters to ensure successful event delivery.• Focus on duty event cover for events in the Elgar Room; may support other areas as needed.• Contribute to a positive guest experience and ensure safety and compliance during events.Qualifications
