Working closelywith the sales team in the initial handover stage to ensure that the expectations of theclient are carefully understood and carried out. Taking full responsibility for placingorders, producing required items lists, collating menus, allergen sheets and all otheradministration associated with your events, while ensuring that you effectivelycommunicate information internally to allow each department to carry out their roles.Producing profit and loss analysis for each event and working with the operationsmanager to improve efficiency and service standards. Answering phones and assistingwith the initial sales process when required, striving to be professional andknowledgeable about the company and the services we provide. Supervise and coordinate high numbers of staff to effectively carry out tasksand deliver catering services on events, in line with company standards.2. Attend and contribute to weekly operations meetings to ensure your eventsare organised and planned effectively as part of a wider schedule of events.3. Assist in producing weekly logistics schedules that compile all top line eventinformation, including but not limited to: van allocations, loading times, driverdetails, departure times, venue information and information on all appropriatepersonnel.4. Assist with the flow of communication through the business, ensuring everydepartment has the information they need well in advance, enabling them tocontribute their job roles to your events effectively.5. Assist with the maintenance of the company inventory and help to managethe stock control system alongside the BOH manager, providing updatedstock counts after every event.6. Produce a profit and loss for each event and work with the operationsmanager on maximising gross profit without compromising service standards.7. Uphold company service standards and monitor client satisfaction by ensuringthat you habitually ask for feedback from clients and keep a record in thecompany CRM (Caterease).8. Take responsibility for all orders, required items lists and staffing associatedwith your events. Communicate effectively with the operations manager andBOH manager to ensure orders are placed on time and in the correctquantities and that required items lists are assembled and packed inaccordance with the logistics schedule.9. Produce accurate POs for all orders and assign a unique job number to allowfor effective profit and loss and organised finances.10.
