LiveScore Group .Location: Soho, London. This role operates on a 4-day work week with Fridays off as part of a 6-month trial, starting 19 May 2025. Monday to Thursday in the office with Fridays off (full salary maintained).

The Role

As Casino Manager, you’ll drive revenue across Casino and Games products by managing supplier relationships, securing commercial deals, and optimising game performance. You’ll use player insights and market trends to shape product strategy and support internal teams with the tools they need to execute effectively. You will work closely with another Casino Manager and report to the Head of Casino, helping define the roadmap for multiple brands, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring smooth delivery, strong customer experiences, and commercial success.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with key game suppliers to deliver games content and marketing support tailored to customers while ensuring maximum profitability.Optimise the product, including setting bet limits, game selection and onsite positioning.Collaborate with game suppliers and account management teams to ensure high-quality experiences for engaged player segments.Analyse the performance of the games portfolio and make revenue-maximising recommendations based on data.Support product and delivery teams in releases of related projects, suppliers and games, and provide insights to guide the development roadmap.Help CRM, marketing and promotions understand the value proposition of casino games and provide information needed to market effectively.Monitor industry trends, conduct competitor analysis, and adapt to regulatory changes with business recommendations.Coordinate with Compliance and Social Responsibility to ensure responsible gambling and regulatory compliance.Collaborate with the insights team to produce regular and ad-hoc reporting on casino games performance and maximise KPI potential.Build relationships with stakeholders across teams to grow the casino presence within the LiveScore group.Actively explore AI-driven insights and tools to enhance personalisation, optimise game recommendations, and forecast performance.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Knowledge and experience of key casino suppliers and games, ideally from a global or multi-market operatorExperience working within regulated casino marketsData-focused and analytical mindsetSelf-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a teamAbility to build relationships with internal and external stakeholdersOrganised with the ability to prioritise workload
