Our client is looking for a skilled Carpenter to carry out various property maintenance tasks alongside fire door inspections, repairs, replacements, and passive fire protection works. Working across residential and commercial properties, you''ll deliver high-quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and critical fire safety improvements, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Complete a range of property maintenance and refurbishment tasks, including carpentry, dry lining, plastering, decorating, glazing, and minor masonry repairs.Carry out fire door inspections, maintenance, repairs, surveys, and full fire door replacements in line with current fire safety standards.Undertake passive fire protection works and deliver critical fire safety improvements across residential and commercial properties.Provide excellent customer service, communicating professionally with tenants, residents, clients, and colleagues at all times.
