Carpenter (Multi Trade)

Are you a Skilled Multi-Trade Operative with a Carpentry bias, and looking for a new opportunity?

Our client is looking for a skilled Carpenter to carry out various property maintenance tasks alongside fire door inspections, repairs, replacements, and passive fire protection works.

Working across residential and commercial properties, you''ll deliver high-quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and critical fire safety improvements, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete a range of property maintenance and refurbishment tasks, including carpentry, dry lining, plastering, decorating, glazing, and minor masonry repairs.
• Carry out fire door inspections, maintenance, repairs, surveys, and full fire door replacements in line with current fire safety standards.
• Undertake passive fire protection works and deliver critical fire safety improvements across residential and commercial properties.
• Provide excellent customer service, communicating professionally with tenants, residents, clients, and colleagues at all times.

Ideal requirements:

• Experience of carrying out building works in residential properties
• Domestic Carpentry experience including fire doors
• Domestic plastering experience including patch repairs and skimming
• Full Valid UK Driving Licence
