Carpenter

I am currently recruiting for a Carpenter to join a North West London based Social housing contractor on a temp to perm basis paying -21.40 per hour CIS with a van and fuel card supplied. An basic DBS Check will need to be carried out if successful.

The successful Carpenter will be required too:

• Complete carpentry repairs and maintenance within occupied and void properties as well as associated works
• Be customer focused
• Have social housing experience
• Hold a relevant carpentry qualification

The Carpenter Pay Rate:

• -21.40ph (CIS)

Hours:

• 42.5 hours per week (Mon to Fri)

The Carpenter will be supplied with:

• A van
• Fuel card
• PDA System
