CarpenterBuild Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Carpenter for maintenance work within domestic properties covering Westminster, Central London.The Carpenter will be a van-mobile operative, receiving a van, fuel card, and any specialist tools required.Hours: 08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday Responsibilities of the Carpenter:Carry out carpentry repairs in void and occupied domestic propertiesKitchen and bathroom fitting and repairs, replacing woodwork (bannisters, floorboards, skirting etc)Hanging doors, changing doors locks, force entry doorsRecord all jobs and tasks using the PDA systemFollow Health and Safety policies; use provided PPE About you as the Carpenter:Experienced Carpenter with experience in domestic maintenanceRecognised carpentry qualifications (NVQ)Full UK Driving Licence If you are an experienced Carpenter looking for a brand-new role working on an existing property maintenance contract, then send over your CV by clicking ''Apply ..... full job details .....
